Well it's tricky. I was into body building when I was younger. I had a max bench of 260, dead lift of 600, curl on 120. But I ended up tearing the cartilage in my shoulder durring lacrosse, which put me out of commission for a year and a half so I'm basically stating off from the bottom all over again...
*UPDATE: well I guess I don't learn... I ended up Herniating my L5 Disk Last October and Im finally recovering from Surgery and physio. I'm getting back in the gym so hopefully this time I can reach my goals wiothout getting hurt again lol.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, I love the feeling of power and accomplishment that comes from a hard workout. And more importantly I love the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm sort of a veteran at my gym, Its a school based facility and me being in my fifth year, I know the ropes. So everyone looking to me for advice and leadership really keeps me focused on my goals.
and my beautiful GF Meaghan :) - I love you baby
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have one presently. I mean 260 as a max bench when your 16 is a pretty good accomplishment in my opinion. I guess right now, loosing 80lbs was a good step. Yes, about half of that was muscle but I was able to lean down, and develop proper diet skills.

You can walk outisde and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Now my goal is to continue to bulk for another two months, and than cut 10 or 15 lbs, before bulking again in MAY. Over all I wanna hit the 300lbs mark in 5 years.
srry to hear that! how did it happen; what advice do u have for other lifters? u should post a thread; speak about ur experience, keep me posted, God Speed!
You're still looking pretty impressive. I have a long way to go by comparison.
I don't do any cardio stuff! I find it quite hard to put on weight, so think cardio is counterproductive to putting on muscle. I just keep my diet as clean as possible - no junk food or sweets and I don't drink alcohol anyway.
Abs I don't do that much - end of each workout I do 3 sets of 25 weighted crunches, and 2 sets of hanging leg raises. Keep my workouts to an hour and work as hard as I can.
