Hey just so ya know my progress is natural i take no supplements no protein drinks or nothing i do it the old fashion way it might take a hell of alot longer but thats the way i like it i dont need muscle enhancers to get big i got time to pace myself just wanted to clarify that after your comment.

The work done on that back is just amazing. Thickly muscled, ripped and VERY WIDE. Your artistic shot yesterday just AWESOME. Shows how thickly muscled U R now. Traps, shoulders and arms all excellent. Great job. André
