How I Started:
Started in high school because of a weightlifting class.I fell off the weightlifting radar for about two and a half years. My roommate decided to workout with me so he could gain mass and so I could loose the body fat.
Why I Love It:
Get into shape and be satisfied when I wake up I know I'm healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a workout partner and spending money on supplements so they don't go to waste.
BB Accomplishments:
So far increasing my bench reps to over my body weight, 200lbs bench. I first started off only at 145lbs reps now Im putting out 200x10 for 3 sets.
