Veins still all over my quads today during leg training. Unreal vascularity for being 15 lbs over my contest weight. Next spring I will look like a f*in FREAK !!

Reason: In additon to having an incredible conditioning and an aamazing physique, Steve is also a very positive and uplifting person. We are friends on another site and he has been nothing but encouraging and helpful to me. That type of kindness can't help but inspire me. not only to keep improving physically, but to help others if I am able to. Giving of one's knowledge and time is truly a wonderful thing.
