It is fun, It makes me feel like Im doing something with my life, makes me feel accomplished and good about myself, and their is nothing like going to the gym and getting a great pump and over time watching your body change and when i start competing im sure winning will be fun too!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Women are always a nice benefit of lifting, but if im feeling lazy ill watch Layne Norton or Tommy Jeffers and that will get me to the gym and moving some weight!
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't give up no matter how long it takes to see results. You might be lucky and see sone great things right off the bat. But it can take time and does for most people. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I did a lot of research before I started to lift hard. But I would say one of the big things for me was becoming too complex and complicated in the beginning. I am still very new to the sport but I didnt need half the complexity that i had in the way beginning. Thank you. I'm realizing that I might have to lose some 'leaness' in order to put on muscle-- which is difficult (pyschologically, speaking). But I guess I'll do what I have to!
