I am ready to lose the jiggle! I want a tight legs and a hard bum!
Goal (Long):
After three kids and finally settling in a city, I have come complacent in my body and lazy with my fitness goals. I have always worked at keeping my body in good form, not rock star, but respectable by most standards. I am a wife and stay at home mom for three wonderful kids. After reading so many inspiring stories on this site, I know I can balance the work it takes to get the body I want and still remain dedicated to my family. I want to lose 10-12 pounds of body fat and firm up my legs and butt. I have gained appx. 9 pounds since my 3rd child and been complacent about losing it (try 4 years).
So my goal for the next 12 weeks: I want to loose 12 pounds, at least 3 inches in my hips, and drop by body fat to about 18% based on the navy body fat formula. I will feel more confidant with my body and "lighter" in my spirit.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
18%

I read your blog and love that normal mothers with real lives can achieve the body of their dreams. I am truly inspired by your ability to juggle kids, house, husband and maintain your high level of physique! Awesome!!
I got a speeding ticket earlier this month and had to take an online traffic school course. It occurred to me that if I were a "driver" for my diet and nutritional lifestyle, I would have my license revoked!! I am like the driver that passes everyone, only to end up at the red light...
Hey Girl! Just checking in! I just saw your post to the bodygroups...took me AWHILE!! How are you feeling? Are you back into the workouts? How are things?!
Thank you for adding me :) I noticed you used 5HTP.i was wondering if you noticed any adverse side effects while using it ? I noticed a huge drop off in my sex drive while taking it to help me sleep. Other issues with it too. Just curious to see what you think.
