How I Started:
I got started when I was in 9th grade to tone up from the weight loss and to help aid with my weight loss. Ever since then I had continued on with it.
Why I Love It:
I love it because there is no better feeling in the world than a great workout! And knowing that I am doing something good for my body is a major plus too. Also it relieves stress which is nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just go... don't even think about it...and the results are nice too!

Goal (Long):
Well, Ever since I was a little girl I was always overweight. When I was in middle school I was considered "obese" I then decided to do something about it. I had always seen the girls in magazines and girls at the gym and wanted to be just like them. I started working out slowly when I was in middle school just by getting in our pool and swimming. I changed my eating habits and by the time high school had hit I had lost 70 pounds. I now am at a plateau and I have some extra toning that I want to do and some extra skin from the weight loss that I want to make look like it was never there. I go to the gym almost every day and I eat pretty healthy. I just don't have anyone really to support me in doing this. That's why I joined this site. Moral support. My mom doesn't do much for me. I want to have the body where someone would look at me and go "Damn, she must work hard for that..." My goal is to get down to 20% body fat first and then take it lower from there. I cannot wait and I am so excited to go along with with journey.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Well, I get told I look like Kim Kardashian alot. So I guess that's a plus, but I don't know, I would say Kendra Wilkinson.

I would say Jamie Eason, except for the fact that I am much taller than her....she's so gorgeous!

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I tell them so that I hope they would be supportive of them, but most of the time my family and friends don't care. lol They're much happier not worrying as much as me... and going out and drinking but oh well!
