Thanks! Stick to the basics. Lean protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, weights, and cardio. That's the magic equation. ;-)

Well there was only one more girl to compete against but I won. =) Next for me is Jr USAs. We will be working with Dave Palumbo through the off season and contest prep. I hope to make big improvements. I am so excited. I may be the only HW there. lol
