I was about 200 lbs (of fat) the beginning of 2008. I decided enough was enough after being up and down in weight since I moved to the states in 2002. I never had weight issues growing up. But when you move here and have crappy food everywhere it's hard not to.
Why I Love It:
It changed my outlook in life. I can see myself doing this forever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress in just the past year that I have been working out seriously is enough to keep me motivated. Even the little changes that I see every day in the gym. Getting stronger as the weeks go by, getting leaner... Right now my main focus is competing. So we will see where that takes me.

My boyfriend =) He is one of the hardest working people I know and the best lifting partner. He pushes me so hard in the gym. He will go so far and will be a pro in no time. I have faith in you and will stand by your side baby. I love you.
I appreciate everyone's comments and compliments about the way I look but please do not ask me what kind of diet I am to look like this. Obviously I am getting ready for a competition so I am cutting. If you are not competing my "kind of diet" is not adviced. Focuse on clean eating...
Hey there, sorry about my long delay in replying...I am ok, I need to get my fitness routine going again, I have really been slacking and it's showing. It's the weather and now I don't have a job and it's really getting to me, but I'll get out of my rut :) I hope your doing awesome...let me know.
