Ntri Burn Shakes (Meal replacement)
Nutri-Burn designed to slim, energize and build the body. Nutri-Burn contains whey protein (neutral pH), Balance of both Whey protein and Calcium Caseinate, Garcinia cambogia, L-carnitine, chromium, CLA, lecithin, vegetable fiber, decaffeinated green tea extract (with 60 percent EGCG), vanadium and essential vitamins and minerals.


Eating clean Mainly Veggies and protein.
Not much carbs and fruit but if I do only before NOON.

  • Some days, I eat 3 whole wheat bagels:| on top of all the brown rice, whole wheat pasta. Of course, a lot of lean protein, eggs, chicken breast, tuna etc....

androidJJ I will be starting that too but have to wait until I am cleared by my doctor...so the end of January (had surgery). It seems like a very solid good program so I'm curious to know how it works for you. Maybe we can compare later !
