I want to lose my belly fat and gain enough muscle so I can go swimming without being embarassed.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain 30 pounds of muscle. I want to have a well rounded physique. However, I know my torso and arms need alot of work. I want a more V shaped torso as well as a flatter stomach. I also want to see improvement on my arms and legs. It's embarassing when my wife says she can hold on to my love handles...UGH!!!
Thanks for the comment and the add. Keep working hard # the gym and add some cardio...Remember you dont have to run 100mph to burn fat..Just keep your heart rate elevated for a decent amount of time increasing the duration every 2 wks. I would start @ 20min 5x per week then add 5 min every 2 wks. Eat multiple small meals every 2-3 hours of CLEAN meals and youll be on your way! Good Luck
