How I Started:
My name is Charles and I go to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. I am persuing a business degree with a minor in economics and plan on going to law school. I started working out when I was 17 while I was playing baseball for my high school. I was always skinny and wanted to be stronger for sports. After about six months of working out, I started to notice a little results. I WAS HOOKED! For the past 2 years I have been researching different workouts and supplements trying to gain permenant muscle and strength. IT'S JUST THE BEGINNING!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's one of the few activities where it's me against something else. When I am in the gym getting pumped, I feel like my hard work has made me superior to others who havn't worked as hard as I have. I know other bodybuilders can relate, but I love the fact that it's an individual activity. Hard work really does pay off!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at all the guys and girls who dont work out. As someone who works out about 4 days a week every week, its very noticable who works out, especially in college. I love watching videos of bodybuilders and I read muscle magazines often. I feel like motivation is part of one's character and it makes me feel like I am a stronger person than those who can't committ to something beneficial in their life.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment over the past 2 years is strength. I have always been lean, but my strength has increased tremendously over time. I will never be a huge bulky guy, but I love promoting lean muscle mass and keeping a firm 6 pack for all the beautiful woman in this world. Although I am not huge, I dont want to be. My major goals for the future are to add about 10 pounds of muscle and get my legs stronger.
