I have loved working out from Jr. high on. Lost my way to the gym for awhile but i am back on track now. Learning to balance work and workout!
Why I Love It:
Its the energy I feel outside the gym.
My stress free moods in high stress life. And I eat better when I work out.
Looking a little more sexy each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read this site. Talk to folks at the gym.
Teach! If I learn something good I pass it on to someone, for me teaching cements the idea in my thick head. I also love to encourage others.

Just wanted to give you a tip I find interesting... you can look it up...
Eating 6 small meals a day will increase your motabolism... it's like keeping a log on the fire...
If the fire continues to be hot... it continues to burn... if it cools, then it isn't a as effective burning machine.

good luck with the goals bud! never quit is what I say. I've only been at this for a little while but if you're determined the rewards are great! by the way, I also quit smoking, and drinking, drugs, junk food, cursing(still working on that),,,, well you get the point. Keep at it!!
