New Offical start date for me. Had started working out in Sept 07. But want to take the start of this new year as my new starting point.  End of first week of new workouts with trainer. 3 days a week with trainer.

Goal (Short): Get a better body and to look better in my 40's then I did when I was younger.
Goal (Long): Want bigger arms, chest, shoulders and back. Keep legs toned and tighten up butt. Drop 8 lbs to get myself to 185. Increase abs workout.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
