My dad did prof bdybuilding when he was young...he always had a stack of flex magazines in the computerroom...i always used to watch at the pics and told myself: "I wanna look like then someday"
Why I Love It:
I hate being out of shape! Jk... I love the feeling i get the next day.. and the burn u get in da gym..i love the fact that im able to control how my body looks like...

Thanks for the comment. Calves, I do standing smith machine calf raises, a gigantic rest pause set of calf presses on the leg press sled 130 reps total, seated calf raises, and toe lifts to work the front of the calfs. High reps work for me better than low reps. Took years for me to have decent calves. Squatting helps too.
