How I Started:
I started to hit my twenties and realized that I was lazy, sluggish and tired, plus my clothes started to fit snug. I decided it was time for me to change things. I only wish I had that realization at 18.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of working out while listening to my favorite tunes. I also love trying on clothes I never thought I could look good in.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music...a lot of it. And other people's success stories.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost about 30lbs on the body for life program, but a lot of it was muscle. Otherwise, I did the 5x5 workout and I bulked up to 200lbs last year and then lost about 20 lbs of it more recently with a regular routine and cardio.

I would like to gain muscle while reducing my bodyfat percentage.
Goal (Long):
I have tried different exercise routines but I have never been happy with the results. After doing the Body for Life and reducing my weight to 160lbs, I was leaner but I also had lost a lot of muscle and size in the process. Now, I'm trying to lose bodyfat but maintain my size and gain muscle. Ideally, my body fat will fall below 10% and my size and muscles will be maintained and even grow.
