How I Started:
I needed to make a difference to my self confidence and to my daily energy goals. The last time I had that was 10 years ago when I took care of myself physically, Now I want to get back there and surpass there!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and I love seeing my body transform. I love that my clothes are starting to fall off and that there are no more holes in my belt in the right direction. I love that I am starting to receive comments.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is hard, but much of the same to why I love working out! I have also been lurking on BB for a long time as I find it very motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Just staying consistent with it so far is a huge accomplishment. But watch out something will come!
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I fallow a balanced diet of 6 meals per day balancing Protein, Carbs and healthy fats. 2 of those meals are via protein shakes with a greens supplement
This morning I was so excited to meet with my trainer. I had just spent the last 2 days not working out and feeling like crap. 2 days of no activity and I was feeling fat and lathargic. Last week I had worked out so hard and it felt so good. Amazing how fast you can lose that...
