How I Started:
After shoulder surgery Number One, when I got the OK, I began my journey back to 110lbs. Shoulder Surgery Number Two put me on hold again, but I'm back at it with vengeance, almost.
Why I Love It:
I've always been a skinny girl fighting for a figure. My ultimate goal for the past 10 years has been to reach 110lbs and maintain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to look in the mirror and see my developing 6-pack, kickin' shoulders/biceps/lats, and ripped back.
BB Accomplishments:
I broke 105lbs and have maintained for 5 months now.

Being a girl in my profession is hard enough, being a weak girl is just plain wrong. I want to develop a muscle structure that will allow me to keep up with the guys, and maybe surpass them at times. I want to overhead press 50lbs. I want be able to double-arm curl 60lbs and carry the weight 200 yards. I want to be able to torque 1000ftlbs without having to hang upside-down and use my feet.
She's 5'2" just like me! She proves that if I work hard enough, I can get up above 100lbs and keep the weight on! I'm going to steal her delts and arms... and maybe a little bit of booty as well.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30seconds-1minute. My first experience lifting weights was with an Army buddy of mine and that's the way he taught me. I guess it's just imprinted into my skull cap.

Set 1 - 10reps, light weight
Set 2 - 10reps, added weight
Set 3 - 8reps/max, max weight

Jamie Eason, she's got an awesome body. She's also my height, so it shows that I might have a chance if I keep working hard.
