How I Started:
I just wanted to Loose some weight and not make people want to throw up when they seen me with my shirt off.
But than i got kind of obsessed.... and couldnt stop.
Why I Love It:
Feels awsome afterwards. And feels great having a goal and pursuing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the type of people eating at fast food places regularly, and realizing i dont want to be like them.
Also fitness magazines, and most of all seeing your own body change makes you want to progress more.
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to weight about 170-175 Lbs and maintain staying cut at the same time.

Whats up playboy???? How are things?? I have a 11 ton bid at the airport now and I'm working as a (204 B) sometimes. I don't go to the Alaska Club anymore, I turned half of my garage into a gym, getting up at 3:00 in the morning to workout was killing me. cool, mine are 14.75" right now, like to get to 16", then just ripped, haha. then get some abs like yours. damn im jealous. you should add your lifting stats too.
