Apr 13, 2013 | Likecdittrich Hey guys! Tested DL and front squat maxes yesterday. I pulled a sweet 271lb deadlift and my front squat improved to 158lb max. :)
Apr 7, 2013 | Likecdittrich Dbl overhand DL @90% (221lb)...front squats @80% (never tested max be4 I'm sure I underestimated a lot) 95lbs, and jumpin back squats. Boom!
