Background
Like many people, I saw that awful picture of myself that made me want to do something about my weight. So, here I am, DOING something, not just trying. Between 2007 and 2009, I dropped my weight from 220 lbs to about 160 lbs. By 2010, I weighed 145 lbs. In 2011, I got in car accident and went back up to about 190 lbs. I've dropped weight before, so I know I can do it again!!
I've always done cardio to lose weight. By I never had the strength and toned look I wanted. This time, I want to use strength training to slowly gain muscle and lose the weight. And I've never been more motivated! I have absolutely fallen in love with lifting! So much so that I'm sad on rest days! :-)
