My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I crossfit at Crossfit Unity with workouts of the day, aka "WODs". I work out 6x a week, with eating clean, and proper rest.

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Paleo diet. Meat, nuts, vegetables, and fruit only. No dairy, no grains, no legumes, no starch. I eat every 2-3 hours.

Opti women (multivitamin), Syntha6 (Protein- post workouts), MetRX BCAA (Amino Acids), MetRX L-Glutamine (Recovery), EFA Lean (Fatty acids)

Obesity amongst other health conditions run in my family, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease. All three go hand in hand most of the time. My main motivation is to not let myself get that way. My other motivation is to see others working hard to get results, and it makes me want to try harder.
