Ive always worked out, I was a cheerleader and dancer since I was 3. Body building is just a different kind of workout that Im use to.My boyfriend got me into bodybuilding and seriously working out. It started out just as something to do during the day and now its all I think about.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me relieve stress, and get my mind off of other things. I never thought I'd fall in love with it as much as I did. I love sweating and the feeling of accomplishment when you cant walk or lift your arms.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of other woman and compare them to my body. If im not happy with a part of my body and someone else is "looking better" it makes me push that much harder. I love competing with other bodies and making sure I look that much better.
BB Accomplishments:
As of now, keeping with it. Theres been times when I wanna be lazy and not go to the gym but Ive pushed myself through that feeling. And to me getting passed the "I guess I have to do this" feeling, feels pretty good.

I want my whole body to be solid. I want every muscle to be perfectly defined and strong. I love my body and am in no way ashamed of it however, I dont want to be "defined" as " a little girl", which I have been my whole life. Everytime I want to do something, theres always someone standing in my way saying Im too little. Well not anymore.
For the next 3 weeks, I am doing 1 hour of cardio for 4 days a week.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical- Its low impact, it doesnt hurt my joints, and overall I feel just as accomplished as running or stair climbing, just without the pain on my knees and ankles.
