How I Started:
I started lifting in 2003, training for baseball and football. I have not had the focus until recently to really train hard. I have either lifted hard and ate poor or ate well and not lifted.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge, testing myself every workout and the sense of accomplishment afterwards

I find my motivation in knowing that I am still learning and improving.
