I started working out in high school, but i hated it. After graduating i didn't work out until December 2005 after realizing i had let my body go to hell. I now train MMA 3-4 days a week and lift 3-4 days also.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump. I love going in each week and seeing my improvements and i love seeing the looks on people's faces when i go home from college.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being in Miami, motivation comes from my fraternity brothers, looking at the guys in the gym that make me look tiny and all the beautiful woman.
Drop back to 185 so that i can try to compete in MMA.
Goal (Long):
I bulked up to 207 pounds and felt very strong but of course carrying a little extra baggage. I'm currently in the 195 range a little less than a month from the beginning of starting to cut. I have about 10-15 more pounds to be where i want so that i can try to fight at 170
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I can do an excercise to full extension or use a little extra weight and know i have a spotter at all times. Also we push each other to get better all the time

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

Tips:
1) Never miss a workout and workout with INTENSITY!
2) Eat every 3 - 4 hrs from waking up to going to bed. Get your diet correct and you will start growing fast.
3) Educate yourself on diets to grow and high intensity workouts.
