Let's see, shoulder Surgery back in April. Rehab quick yet sucky. Was back in the gym 8 weeks post op and am stronger than I've been my whole life by far. Found some great lifting partners joined another gym so I could utilize more equipment and train with people that have similar goals. ...

Ya water loading is tons of fun. Im pissing every half an hour and it's going to get worse!!!!! Zero carbs till Friday then Fred is going to have me carb load but nothing too drastic. Today I'm at 158 lbs around 3% body fat. Should be around 151-152 and little under 2% body fat by competition time!! Right on schedule, BOH!!!!!!
