How I Started:
I saw how much more important bodybuilding was than just doing cardio. I have seen my body transform since I have been lifting more weights and doing less cardio.
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy throughout the day and its a huge adrinaline rush.
How I Stay Motivated:
I visit bodybuilding.com like 10 times a day!!! lol My friends also have a site that i love..its AdvancedHumanPerformance.com They are great! You should check them out. They are great trainers and know what they are doing. They have def inspired me
BB Accomplishments:
My arms and legs are much more defined then they used to be. Im going to give myself a year to do a complete transformation. After a year I hope to be doing competitions.

I want to compete in a competition next year. 5 years ago if you would have asked me what I wanted to do with my life I would have never said I wanted to be a bodybuilder. Now its all I think about. The body is a beautiful thing and its amazing what you can do with it. I never want to get to the point where I feel like I am perfect. I will never be perfect. I want to learn all I can learn and maybe one day inspire others.
