When I Started:
Oct, 2008
How I Started:
Probably a good 6-7 years of letting things slide and realizing that life is up to me and that you get out what you put in. Watching my step sons was the spark. They kept getting bigger and stronger and figured I need to get started before they started thinking they could kick my azz. (just kidding they are good kids)
Why I Love It:
I love putting the headphones on, gettinb in a I am a badd ass MFer zone and then going ape shat as hard as I can until I can't go anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
Beautiful ladies and hopeing that one day they start drooling over me. (Including my super hot wife.)
Not be so serious, continue to improve every day, to enjoy the plateaus and know that that next level is coming.
Goal (Long):
I swore that I would never be bigger than a 32 waist, then 34 came. When 38's would not button I figured I needed to get going. I want to get back to 34's (a little baggy).
Loose fat and build lean muscle. I am 37. I want to continue to reach new gains in strength, physical appearance but continue to balance other aspects of my life along the way. That six pack is going to come, enjoying the journey getting it.
It has been almost a year and I believe I have made some pretty good progress. All I can say is I am having a violent love affair with the weights, some hard core Fn rock and roll and I love pushing myself until I can’t carry my weight belt to the truck. Love this cite, but I have to shake...
Oh, thanks! My goodness, I had to WORK HARD for those few ounces. Geez...I'm still trying. Full steam ahead!! Hope your training is going well. Make that iron sing!!
