yuppp training is going excellent and the cardio is def giving me some nice cuts these days!!!!

yayyy so you are going to do the Arnold!!! yeah i'm back up to 2cardio sessions again after thanksgiving,I didnt like how fast my body put on water weight. So 2hrs a day now,ttys luvie

Hey Louise,congrats on your placing.You looked amazing,I have to say I like the look over seas compared to the "new" desired look for figure in the US. You're blessed that you dont have to do tons of cardio to lean up,cardio/diet works best for me,grrrr. I'd rather post here than your FB page lol.

I hope your back feels better,I was out all last wk because of a cold but KILLED this wk...Cardio def works for me,some dont need it but i do hahahah

Hey sweetness,How you been?? I see you dropped lbs too,go girl!!! I was stuck the month of sept but I managed to lose 5lbs this month thank god cause I was getting worried.

My training is going so well these days,I hit a wall the month of sept(NO weight loss) but I hualed ass and droped 5lbs in Oct...How's your training been coming along?

Thats awesome,yeah I only have two carb meals still(oats/sweet potato) but my comp is in June sooo I have awhile for my 1st show.So no more figure for you,just bikini now? By the way you look great in your new pics:)

Hey love,yupp still blasting away.I hit a wall with cardio last wk and didnt do 3 of my pm session(soo drained)but I always do my am cardio.How have you been these days??

hahah I actually went to bed early last night and got up at 4:20am so I could be in the gym for 5am!!! Yuppp I'm training my butt off. Hope you're doing well.

I always feel like i'm cheating myself if I dont do a full 50-60mins session because I know darn well I can push through it lol.yeah for you just add an extra 5mins,thats how i got my tolerance up.
