How I Started:
I decided when i reached the weight of 163lbs at the age of 18yrs(03-04)old it wasn't very healthy...So I made a change of the better
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how far I can push myself and seeing the changes my body goes through...Being in the gym is a choice NOOO one puts me there,so knowing that I go everyday by choice is rewarding!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Again seeing the muscle mass growing,muscle becoming more defined...And an overall good feeling when I am in the gym

Seeing my abs without flexing those are GREAT days

Hello can't forget Diana,she rocks!!! She alone shows how anyone can transform and make a life out of this..Her videos are by far some of the best on here;)
She's absolutely amazing to me and how far she has come. Shannan blogs are soo insightful and helpful that I always revisit them to gain more knowledge. I think she should think about turning those blogs into a motivational book;-)
So I got up at 6am to gear up for the gym..I start my car up around 645 because there was a lot of frost on it today.I gather up all my stuff to get ready to head out and my dad leaves his keys on the table so I can start his before I head out.I say my goodbyes an head out. What do I see?????...
things are going well here..I am still kicking ass. I meet my trainer tonight too..ugh. My metabolism is super slow..my last competition killed it!! I had to go get bloodwork done..I am slowly getting back to normal I just have to be on low low carbs and do massive amounts of cardio
I will totally watch it the first opportunity that I have :) I have been good! Training hard...really hard :) My deck is almost done but all of this rain is really putting a damper on things.
depends on how much muscle I put on..my trainer wants to add about another 5lbs of lean mass. Plus he wants to get me more lean..so we are thinking might be 112 on stage with more muscle and alot leaner
ooohhh we stopped the carbs...my body doesn't do well AT ALL..so now I am on low days..about 100gs is all. My body likes this alot more..bodyfat is dropping!!!

ME TOO!! I want to lay out in the sun or be on my boat!! At least it hasn't been difficult to get in the gym because the weather sucks so bad...hehehe! Always gotta look at the bright side.
