Background
I always liked looking at muscle mags and stuff when I was a kid and always wanted to look like that. Now that I'm on my own, it helps to keep the stress down and I'm more determined than ever to get bigger and more ripped.
I love the way it energizes me and I love the feel of the pump. I also love the diversity that comes with bodybuilding and the tons of different types of people who are as interested in it as me.

I didn't overdo it since it's been a while, but I feel much more energetic today than I have in a few weeks. I just need to remember to keep up this momentum. I'm going to try and do SOMETHING everyday to improve my body.
I went to our local hospital today for some nutrition counseling that my doctor ordered for me. I have high cholesterol (partly due to meds and partly due to my horrible eating habits). I learned that whole grains and

Posted in Training : Oct 24, 2011 1:53pmI'm standing on the precipice of what I'm hoping is an awakening of power for me. For too long, I have suffered and struggled with trying to improve my physical health. I've gone from a skinny guy to a slightly less skinny guy. There are many obstacles in my path. Some days, I don't even know if I can reach my goals. But I'm hoping to get into it again. But it seams like such a daunting task.
For many years, I struggled with severe anxiety and depression. It kept me from doing anything for years. I had to drop out of Nursing Schoo
