I always liked looking at muscle mags and stuff when I was a kid and always wanted to look like that. Now that I'm on my own, it helps to keep the stress down and I'm more determined than ever to get bigger and more ripped.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it energizes me and I love the feel of the pump. I also love the diversity that comes with bodybuilding and the tons of different types of people who are as interested in it as me.
How I Stay Motivated:
This has been the problem lately. I need to remember to find the time EVERY day to do this! I get so busy with life that I forget to take care of myself. I count on my family and friends to keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet! But stay tuned.

As some of you may know if you've been following me for any amount of time, I've been working on getting and maintaining my motivation. I have all the things I need to be a sucessful bodybuilder (food, supps, gym, workout plan), but I've just can't seem to maintain motivation from week...
I see your goal is to be 180lbs. That would be alot of fat if you tried to get that weight by the summer. Maybe try something reachable like 5 or 10 pounds of muscle. Just a suggestion.
i'm motivated by improvement
in spring 2006 i ran 50yds in 7.6s
then for the next year i lifted a tiny bit and kinda sprinted everyonce and a while
then in spring 2007 i ran 60yds in 7.1s
so i saw BIG improvement with some work
so then i just started workin my butt off for a couple months and i got down to a 6.8, few months later i could run a 6.5 which is what i run and seeing myself improve is great motivation
hay whats up
in order to get rely defined abs only rest 20 secs inbetwing ech set
and you have to work on it every day.
because timing has a lot to do with getting more definition.
Thank you for your reply.
Ain't it funny, skinny people want to be bigger, bigger people want to be skinnier, people with curly hair want straight, straight hairs want curly. Be the best you can be but definitly give your body all of the nutrients that it needs if bigger is the way you want to go. 6 or more clean, healthy protein rich meals a day and workout large.
Keep givin' 'er!
Man, I know what it's like! Kids kept tellin' me I'd never be able to gain muscle and get big because I'm tall and skinny! ... And right now, I'm lookin' pretty good! Plus, it pays off when you get people noticing the impact you've made on your body. Your progress is great, very noticeable. You're goin' to be in the 2008 NPC?? I REALLY want to get into competition...
Hey Charles, those abs are coming out nice. Your posing looks like you know what you're doing! Keep up the good work and good luck with your preparation for the comp.
Hey Charles, glad to see you back. I've been wondering recently how you have been doing. From reading your blog, it sounds like the fire is back! Keep training strong bro. -Jeff
