When I was younger I used to play Basketball in a CYO league and high school , played baseball for 6 years and street hockey every weekend . I worked out in high school ,but didn't take it to seriously .After receiving a DUI last year I decided to work and focus on my body to clear my thoughts.
Why I Love It:
Unlike a band or other creative hobbies you don't need to depend on others to be on time and have the same goals. When I'm working out I can block out all my every day stress and worries and focus on pushing myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Very Heavy Extreme Metal and seeing how others improve and push themselves to a new level.
BB Accomplishments:
when I first started lifting I just wanted to gain up to 40lbs and be all around built. I went from 140-150 to 168-175lbs and gained atleast 5-10 inches in my arms and legs.
things are going well with me.I buyed a leg press so I'll train legs better.I tryed to put on some size getting ripped but everything is difficult....take care
check with your doctor could be the start of arthiritis. in lieu of that do some light leg extensions and or light limited rom squats. don't forget to throw in some light leg curls to keep the muscle balanced. go for reps not weight.
Hi Chris! I am so sorry for the delayed comment reply. I am in the midst of finals and the last week of school. I want you to know how much I really appreciate your voting for me - that is really sweet of you and I am so flattered. Hope you forgive me for not saying so sooner. Hope you have a good weekend
Glad to hear from you,Chris, well,I'm trusting that my new strategy show me the results.I train very hard eating more right and clean than once.all the best with you,my friend.EROS
None better, Ccam! That's not a bad idea to have some Viking footage running pre-workout. That's bound to get the juices flowing. That vasodilator helps, too:) Best of luck with your viking training! al
Thank you so much for the very kind compliment and adding me to your friends. Yes, haha, I am in month 7 of my transformation, thanks for the encouragement. We have the same goal, I see, best wishes to you for much success. Hope you'll stop by from time to time and let me know how it's going for you.
