My philosophy on nutrition is to eat clean, and listen to my body.
I like to listen to by body and let it tell me what I need. As long as I keep my diet clean I have found that I crave clean foods; they type I crave tells me that my body needs those nutriants so I listen to it. To be healthy it is important to fuel your body with nutriant dense foods :)
My staples are fish, salads, sweet potatos, coconut, olive oil, and more veggies :) I also LOVE spices and herbs that give my food lots of flavor. I always use cinnimon, pure vanilla, mint, parsley, oregeno, garlic, lemon ect. when making my meals.... YUM
I have found that I am very sensitive to foods so I have learned to keep it simple and I feel GREAT! :)
I also love to have green smoothies, enhanced with naturally helathy additions like wheat grass, hemp, maca powder, cocoa powder.... each has a specific purpose (Everything I put in my body has a purpose for better health)

MOTIVATION!!!!
I find so much motiviation it women that lift weights.... Larissa Reis, Andria Brazier, oooo Bella falcona's bootty.... Gal Fierra Yatte's legs...... that is motivation! All of these women are great... but you know who I find even more motivating? The women I see in person in the gym with sculpted bodies of perfection! (thats you Liz, and Katalin) These two women are the most insperational to me becaue I see them for real... I know that they are not photo shopped and that they have real lives. They balance work and fitness and are able to sculpt an amazing body :D love it!
