I hear ya. I have only been training weights a year and it isnt easy to get a balance between fit/muscle and bodyfat % - it takes time. I am hoping to build up muscle so I can get a nice shape and definition without having to be too low in bodyfat and keep some curves. Time will tell.

Haha, Hell no. I left his ass. He got fat too. He used to be a model, but gained a bunch of weight like I did. But thats not why I left him. That would be mean. ;)

Yes, my glutes are very stubborn and difficult...I'm aware they AND my legs need work. I workout at home and am limited in terms of equipment so I'm always looking for new and creative ideas if you have some you can suggest.
