How I Started:
I would work out on and off in my twenties. But got serious after my second child when I noticed the weight wasnt coming off.Had to do something.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great! If I dont, look out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of myself a few years ago and dont want to go back.Then I look at the women who are in their 40's and have awesome bodies and that keeps pushing me. Never give up.

well im glad that u been busy... thats always good. thnx for caring that i got back safe... it means alot. i havent been working out as much... just regular PT. but im going to get back into it next week. so we will se how that goes.
Thanks! I am trying to get cut up. My body has been feeling a little fatigued this week but m abs are feeling like they want to pop out. Te most important lesson that I have learned is patience, patience, patience. I have run at least 4 days per week and I have changed up my running routine on a daily basis. SEPT 28 th!!!!!
