Also taking Creatine Monohydrate before lifting, a multivitamin, and fish oil. Occasionally I'll pop a stacker3 - mostly for the caffine rush helps keep my intensity up. I'm skepitcal of most supps because they are so expensive and benefits aren't directly traceable...i'm sure many of them work but I'm afraid of wasting a bunch of $$$
