-became tired of being fat -became tired of being embarassed of myself -was tired of living in denial -Girlfriend nagged me about it (which I now am glad she did, this pushed me over the edge to taking action)
Why I Love It:
I'm pretty much addicted. It is the best stress reliever. The best drug. Going to the gym is the best part of my day. It is almost like being in a trance, a zone, something like that. It took me a while to "get it" but now that I do...no turning back.
How I Stay Motivated:
-Seeing progress and hearing positive comments -Seeing bigger, more ripped people than myself -Knowning that I have a long way to go

Sooo yeah I've made a lot of progress from where I started a year ago BUT I haven't really accomplished much of anything since last summer. I'm pretty down about it. My weight fluctates between 184 and 190 and hasn't gotten any lower in some time.

My main problem is staying on track and...

Ya I hear ya. Right now I am not taking anything either. I might take some sort of thermogenic in a couple months whenever I hit that plateau just to help push me over. I used Thermonex before and it worked well for me but I doubt ill take much more. I see you are on team #2 of the competition...
