haha share your pain. I have been out of action for nearly 1.5 weeks, injured my back but think I am ready to restart training again...its always the case when you are going hardcore - either you get sick or injured. Have a good weekend mate.

Man, have not been to Gerro in years and sounds like you had an awesome trip - beer & fishing go hand in hand haha. Would have been nice to get out of this village called Perth! I gotta fire up training - just been hell lazy today.
Too much beer and wine on the weekend as usual! I am on holidays this week and should be workin round the house but been hell lazy haha. Suprsingly all the supplements have kept me injury free. How was your weekend, get up to much.

haha, yer it's winter so its all good! I have slowed the fitness down to allow for growth which has helped in recent weeks. When you start cutting I would use Aceytl L-Carnatine & CLA, this mix melts fat away.
Dude, your back & arms are carrying some solid mass, great lats. Looks like you have made some great gains in recent months. Good work - I gotta step up my game haha!
Mate, thats great to see you are firing up again and yeh the food intake is scaring me of late as well, oh well its winter haha. Been trailing some more new excercises like the overhead squat and totally shattered from my leg workout - love the pain!

haha im trying to "bulk" as they say... and not putting on any fat whatsoever! possibly have gained muscle though, so its all good.
