It's really been a life-long struggle for me. Have always been 'flirting' with proper nutrition and even had success from time to time. But only lately as I combined with exercise have I seen lasting results.
Why I Love It:
the comaraderie in the gym, good feeling following a conscientious workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
watching the scales change from week to week, liking what I see in the mirror, encouragement of my friends.
BB Accomplishments:
modest weightloss so far . . . but, stay tuned!
