doctordude Ultimately, workouts are catabolic. Anabolism is what follows when your muscles recover, and I don't think a moderate dose of caffeine is going to make a noticeable affect, but just to cover your bases, it would be a good idea to ingest BCAAs an hour before your workout (or a carbohydrate and protein meal two hours prior).
