I stay within my numbers and just try to eat right. A typical day looks something like this
Breakfest: whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 egg whites
snack: chobani with a spoonful of cottage cheese
lunch: ground turkey breast, mixed vegtables (83g)
snack: protein shake or bar, sometimes tuna
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, mixed field greens, 4 med strawberries
This is just an idea, my meals change all the time, but within my numbers.

So training is going great and weight is already dropping, although it needs to slow down. Everything is in place for comps just need suit and that part is easy, since I have the an awesome designer who's fingers work like magic. Life is a whirlwind right now with work, training, comps, kids, personal life. Yesterday started the 2nd straight week of H-L-M weeks and giving the lower body a semi breather after today and light legs workout! Next week 85% of maxes! I cannot stress enough that todays workout was not for the faint of heart. My first posing class went great, no correction just a few tweaks to better show my physique, it was a great day and the week will be also looking forward to it. Have a great week everyone. Well the kids were with their father this week end for a special event so, I got up this morning and made those boatmeal sweet potato pancakes that were so yummy I will most definatley be making again. Had an awesome workout that kicked my butt, see post. Then preceeded on an odessey to find peanut butter poptarts that debut today, but to no avail :( sometime this week though I will enjoy one:) First Sample of Usplab protein powder was great ( chocolate), great taste, smells good, and texture... Today was a good day even though th weather was crap ( thunderstorms in the afternoon into the evening) Posing is great and I'm very comfortable now with my routine just refining a few things, I prepped oatmeal sweet potato pancakes for the morning ( mother's day). No cheat meals just yet hehe. My house is damn near spotless and my to-do-list is getting much shorter. Super woman does not have the market cornered just ask any mother.
