How I Started:
Started when I was 15 to build muscle for football. Now I'm addicted.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the progress of my muscle development and the feeling of a great pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel terrible if I go more than 3 days without hitting the weights. I start to feel like I'm turning into a mound of fat.

Actually started carb cycling last friday (4 days ago) and already I feel a little difference. I weighed in last friday at 211 and again today and I'm at 209.5 already. I'm eating 6 times a day, keeping all my carbs in the first three meals. So far, I haven't been too terribly hungry in...

Thanks for the comments & add. Good luck achieving all of your bodybuilding goals. I have no plans to compete at this time- I think that I am too shy! Maybe in the future.
