When I Started: Jan, 2006
How I Started: I went through some personal issues and I gained a lot of weight and the Dr. told me that I had a very fatty liver. I was drinking and eating a lot and was on a downward spiral.
Why I Love It: It keeps my head clear and helps me focus. It gives me enegry throught the day. I also feel better. I very rarely get sick and I am just a much happier person.
How I Stay Motivated: I keep losing weight and getting bigger and stronger. Plus I have a very stresful job and this lets me get all of my aggrssion out.
