a few days ago U asked "u pretty much started out with low body fat, huh? 145 at 5'6"?" No. At one time I was had a 34" waist and hot the typical pooch on the lower abs. My X was oogling over Nelly when I got back from Iraq and I thought, time to make a change. Then she was oogling over me, lol.

Hey Tiger, U look like your having a hard time gaining weight. Yes, I'm only 156 lbs and it fluctuates all day. I see U doing HIT. that's a fat burning type program. If you wanna gain mass, which is what I'm doing, I backed off cardio. Yes I'm an ectomorph, it's hard as hell for me to gain mass. I lift a total of about 15-18 total sets, different exercises and no more than 10 reps. U need heavy weights. Pushups only take u so far.
