KD, my old time friend from Shaw AFB has worked with me for several years now. Although he has moved down to Floriday with the fam, he still calls and gets advise and help from. To know I help start him in a new direction in fitness and that he continually strives for excellent is a testiment to his character and shows how serious he is about a healthy lifestyle. Proof like this makes me proud not only to be in the Air Force, but a personal trainer. You go boy.

Hah...thank you...my mind works in odd ways...it started out kinky for me, too....but what you saw was simply my train of thought from this morning's ride to work. It was nice of you to write.
You got it bro, enjoy the D.R. I'm gonna be there again in just two weeks. I actually do the same as you with nutrition and supplements but sometimes I eat 5 times because the weigh gainer kills me. I'm a terrible gainer at least for now.
It's working for you, I thought you're only supposed to work out 3 times per week unless you're a professional bodybuilder, I used to work out 5 times per week when I was younger, but I don't have the same strengh now. what advice could you give me man?
oh but still, I'm like 5'7, I find it hard to believe that's your weigh. I used to be 130lbs but I'm falling back because I took Sustanon in the Dominican Republic and now I'm losing strength. Say How many times do you work out per week?
