Back in Dayton for now until Oct...Then it's on to North Dakota...Hopefully they have a dog for me.
Goal (Long):
Same as above. I don't have a timeline right now. Eventhough I'm mostly muscle right now the USAF says I am obese thanks to the BMI. The command I am under right now wants to get the fatties out so depending on how they are when I get back I may have a year. I know I'm not fat but it's frustrating if this will be the case. I just have to be under 20% BF however I am comfortable to not having a six pack. As long as I'm healthy and strong and dont look like a POS.
I do love to travel but I don't know that I'll be going back to ND. But thank you for the generous offer! What a GREAT job it must be to work with dogs! Are/Were you enjoying it? As for running, I know what you mean! It's not my fave thing either...that's why I don't do it. LOL. Although I do sprint while doing HIIT cardio.
No problem, Casey! It's nice to hear from you. I hope all is well. I see from your profile that you're moving around again; that's gotta be both a pain but kind of fun and interesting at the same time. I've been to Minot, ND...very windy! How is your training going?
Thank you Casey for the lovely compliment! Just what I needed after being sick for weeks! I am finishing up the antibiotics in a few days, and today it felt great to train :) How've you been?
Ha ha...I could...lord knows i will be sitting here all day waiting for them to fix the cable...dont they know they are cutting into my gym time...lol!!
What would it take? Are you encouraging that? lol! You are too funny! Thank you so much though, that's a great compliment, and it is so wonderful to hear from you!
Yuck would be much better ;-)! Anyway, I'm glad you believe in Stew because I don't. I mean, don't get me wrong I think he's a great guy just not a great head coach. I also think the O.C. (Mullen) is horrible but I'm a fan regardless :)! We plan on taking the little man to a game or two this year (it'll be his first) -- he's pretty excited about it too. He's already mastered the "let's gooooo...mountaineers" chant. It should be interesting....
Did you really say, "eewwwwww?" -- LOL (sorry but that's one of those things that's funny coming out of a grown man). Besides, what's wrong with my hometown? I can see you saying that if I was from Ripley...I'll let it slide this once though:-). But, at least we've both got one good thing going for us: we're 'Eers fans -- "Let's Go Mountaineers!" ;-)
No one is perfect -- I know I'm not. But at least you're trying to take care of your body, right? Anyway, I know exactly where Ravenswood is -- I'm from Point Pleasant. So, we are practically neighbors! (well, when you're home anyway ;)) So, how's training going anyway??
Hey Casey!!! Wow, it's been a long time! I've been good, thanks :) Still working out and dieting (I expect I always will be). How are YOU and how are you liking SanAntonio and the new job? It's got to be HOT there in Texas this time of year!!!
So, where you from in WV? I know isn't it sad that it's rated that poorly? But, everyday I'm out and about I look around and that's what I see -- it's so sad.
