I ran cross country, gymnastics, and played tennis in high school. I got the body I wanted my second year in college, then I got pregnant and did not do anything the whole time because I was paranoid that something bad was going to happen. So here I am two years later still struggling to lose the weight!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is a great stress reliever! I love seeing the results and I feel great after I work out!
How I Stay Motivated:
Good music and seeing my body transform! All the wonderful individuals on here inspire me. Seeing everyone's transformation keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to lower my body fat and gain lean muscle mass and be stronger. I can't wait to see my body transform in the next few months.
I had a good week this week. I cleaned up my diet. I did not eat any fast food or desserts! I lost 5lbs by doing this and I'm excited about the results. I've learned to substitute cookies and brownies for healthier options like dark chocolate covered almonds (antioxidant and healthy...
The thing is one toxin triggers others, which triggers cravings.. Sweets have this effect and starchy carbs too.. So eliminate them and only use simple sugars(or high glycemic foods) as part of ur post workout recovery shake ,, for example waxy maize added 2 ur shake.. will load ur glycogen levels and keep u from bloating, and with that as only part of ur routine u will have less desire to reach for anyother simple or high glycemic food through out ur day... Discipline and strategy is key. ;)
My week is improving after the last two weeks of 16-hr days. After a 24-hr Tues, getting some rest. Of course, u're no stranger to long hrs...:) Have a terrific Thurs, and train well.
Still looking great.! Stay motivated girl.. u are coming a long way... Stay away from cheats for a while and stay disciplined, u will not be sorry.. :)
