I have always loved working out. It is definitely my release from the world. I started working out my freshman year of High School, but over the past 2 years, i have really stepped it up to see super results. Since January 2007 I have gotten really intrigued with Fitness Competition, and in the future, no doubt after I graduate, do i really want to compete. In the meantime, though, I want to go ahead and start to get my body in shape for it to come.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because, like i said before, its my release. I makes me feel so much better about myself. It makes me feel clean and energized. When i need a boost of energy, I never fail to find it in an energized dance class at the gym or in a hard core cycling class.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very spiritual person and will not fail to say that I am a Christian. I love Jesus with all my heart and keeping my body, mind, and spirit healthy is so important. Working out isn't just a way to keep my body healthy, its taking it to the next step in bettering myself and being my best self for Christ. Trying my best to do everythign 110% for my God! Now... the person that aids in encouraging me daily? My best friend and boyfriend. He is always there with encouraging words and lots of love. he keeps me motivated, too ;O)
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment so far was getting down to 138 lbs. in March. I was the fittest i had ever been. I was working out hard core, eating healthy, and keeping a very balanced lifestyle. I would love to even succeed past that. Not much, but something.

What cbellenb Is Up To:
Nov 5, 2009
cbellenbchanged Weight from 141 lbs. to 139.5 lbs., a 1.5 lb. loss in 138 days
There are so many goals I want to reach, and I find it hard to really explain the ideal body I would like to attain. I am only 5 feet tall, so my stature has always been kind of stalky. I genetically have a big booty and thick thighs. Through many sports in my day, I have gained alot of muscle, but I have no doubt gained alot of fat there too. My goal is to take my muscular body that lies under a layer of fat and reveal it. Simple as that. I want defined legs, flat abs, and very little stuff to "grab" on to. Seriously! Thats it! While i'm young, before I get married and have kids, I want a rock hard body! I don't want to do it for anyone else... i want to do it for me... in addition to look great standing next to my extremely hard bodied boyfriend ;o) haha.. simple as that .. thats it.
I ultimately want to compete in figure competitions, and the timing is NOW! I have graduated from college, am a nurse, and finally CAN and WILL do what I have been putting to the side for a couple of years because of the busy schedule. Ok... so life is still busy BUT... the timing is NOW!
fell off the ban wagon for a goooooooooodddd long while! I was eating too much, even though i went through the entire first phase of P90X. I got busy with work, became lazy and wasn't really motivated because i wasnt "seeing" results. Why? I was eating LIKE CRAP!!!!
B - be consistent with cardio, lifting, and dieting and everything will fall in to place for you. You are off to a great start, try walking lunges - they do wonders for glutes and legs!!!
Hey Blake! So how's the P90X going? What is your assessment of it - like it/hate it? How's the bodyfat race going? December's around the corner! Hardest time of year with all the homecooking - Thanksgiving/Christmas. Ugh! Take Care,
Glen
