I've always done it to some degree; but i didn't start with weights til my soph year of highschool; and then got really serious with it my senior year; unfortunately i kinda slacked with the lifting portion for a few years; but now im back
Why I Love It:
I feel my best when i'm exercising no matter what it is i get a rush and feel at my best; i'm not one to sit around.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right Here Babaay!!! Ooh yeah I kinda need to be motivated for my job...And i just LOOOOVE exercise and looking my best.
BB Accomplishments:
Being a Personal Trainer...motivating and inspiring others...tis a great feeling.
I'm having problems with how the friends sections works ... contacts that don't appear, if a person leaves bodyspace you can't remove them, etc. It's causing lots of problems with my trying to maintain it so I'm just getting rid off all those connections and using the tried and true method of bookmarking your bodyspace URL to visit your profile to see how things are going with you.
hey colt! just checkin out the gorgeous new pix and i saw your plyomed site. LOVE it. that's my fav style of training.. and don't think i didn't notice the DUCKS shorts :) glad to see things are going so well for you and Dana :)
great plyomed/stretching vid. i've heard from trainers that it's more important to stretch after than before (especially to avoid injury) what's your take on that? BTW--looking jacked man!
