limit carbs progressively throughout the day. try to limit fat unless it is from dairy or the good fats.

Well, april 9 and 12 pounds to go. I've made good progress, but my weight loss has stopped. 3 days a week I will get up at 4:00 and do cardio for 1/2 hour. I need support, somebody give me some advice.

I think we have the same goal. I would like to around 10% at a solid 210 lbs. January I was 237 @ 20 %. You have a great frame, so keep it up bro.

hey man my protein intake is about 175 to 200 a day. i think i might bump it up a little. know i have to work on the legs more but it sux doing so. today i did my work out and add 30 pounds to everything i could fell the burn today i guess iam going to go heavy for now on. take care and have a good workout
